Motion:
That Regional Centre Community Council give First Reading to consider the proposed amendment to Schedule 2 of the Regional Centre Land Use By-law, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated December 31, 2025, to rezone 13 Pinewood Drive from the Established Residential 3 (ER-3) zone to the Cluster Housing 1 (CH-1) zone and schedule a public hearing.
14.1.2 PLANAPP 2025-01836: Land Use By-Law Amendment for the Rezoning of 348 Pleasant Street, Dartmouth [PDF]
Motion:
That Regional Centre Community Council give First Reading to consider the proposed amendment to Schedule 2 (Zone Boundaries) of the Land Use By-law for the Regional Centre, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated January 5, 2026, to rezone the lands at 348 Pleasant Street, Dartmouth, (PID 00247940) from INS (Institutional) Zone to COR (Corridor) Zone, and schedule a public hearing.
