DesignPoint Engineering Limited has applied to enter into a development agreement to enable a Hybrid Conservation Design Development on lands located off the Fall River Road.
Proposal
The applicant is proposing to enter into a development agreement to enable a Hybrid Conservation Design Development on the subject lands (PID 00507046), located off the Fall River Road and within the Fall River Rural Growth Centre.
The proposal includes the creation of 17 new residential lots, each intended for a single residential dwelling unit. All lots are to be serviced by individual on-site septic systems and private wells.
A new public street is proposed to provide access and road frontage for the proposed residential lots. The proposed public street will connect High Road to an existing road reserve that extends from Glencairn Avenue.
The Development Plans (provided below) detail the proposed development and include information related to the intent of the proposal, traffic impacts, environmental features, stormwater management, groundwater considerations, and phosphorus loading
Process
The application will be considered under the Development Agreement process.
Status
Currently this application is at the team review stage of the process where the request is reviewed by internal municipal staff as well as external agencies.
